Ordered these blue/white/pink version for my daughter for Christmas and they sent me the wrong pair. The pair they sent was $14 cheaper than the pair I bought, and not something my kid would like. Support has been a pain, offering for me to keep the pair and they’d send me $10 off (so they make money off their error and I get a product I don’t want??), or I can go to the nearest exchange location 30 minutes away from my house (costing me 1.5 hours of time I don’t have not to mention gas money?? And still no product that I ordered) or they’d send a label and I can find a place to print and a drop off (still costs me time getting to a printing center and a drop off location while also leaving me with no product I ordered). There was no offer to actually send me the shoes I ordered! Impressively bad service in my opinion. Never ordering from them again given unreliability and service when they make a mistake. :( I don’t like leaving reviews but I definitely want to share my experience with other possible buyers so they don’t have to e same frustration. And famous footwear get it together! Send me the shoes I paid for or give me my money back! The end!

I am so happy that I bought this item! My child loves this shoe. I bought a couple other shoes for back to school and these are worn daily with any outfit. These shoes are great for anyone with sensory issues. They are comfortable and easy to slip on. No need to hassle with shoe laces because they stretch to size and have the Velcro that is secure. The size was true to size. Ordered for store pick up and was ready right away within a breeze! Would definitely recommend getting these shoes

My son has worn these for the last couple of months, we got them towards the end of summer for back to school with a few wears before school started as well. They are somewhat easy to clean, but super easy to mark up being all white with blue accents, which was to be expected. He has a wide foot but these still have not given him any issues, typically Nikes are on the more narrow side but these have been good for us. On sale they are a great value and made with good quality. The only thing I would change would be the velcro strap, we would love for him to have more lace up only shoes and move on out of straps, unfortunately his shoe size is a little limiting for this.

Laser Pink/White for a woman. These are SO stinking cute!!! However, I do not feel they run large at all. TTS or even possibly go a half size up. I followed the recommendation and ordered my TTS and also a 1/2 size down to ensure I got a pair that fit. When they arrived, I didn't even bother trying the smaller pair on as my normal TTS fits snug. I'd like to try the half size up but it is now sold out :( Don't seem to have much cushion/insole so not sure they will be comfortable. But they are h*ll@ cute!
